There are test available for ovulation. These test for LH in the urine as LH surges just before ovulation occurs. Once you test positive, have intercourse.

It sounds like you could have PCOS. I too can go a year or more without a period and was diagnosed with PCOS many years ago. If you wish to get pregnant see your doctor. He may try you on Metformin, an insulin regulating medication to help kick start your periods. They are not quite sure why it works but it does. It has worked for me. Then you should obtain an ovulation kit from the pharmacy. If the kit shows you are not ovulating it will be time to see your doctor again. He may want to start you on Clomid to assist you with that. Good Luck.

Hey I bought a Ovulation scope at walmart , you use your saliva and put it on a slide. It was around $10 , and i got pg with my 2nd baby like this. All i can say is have a lot of sex , and know when you ovulate. You are always fertile on 12, 13,14, 15 day of your cycle. Look for signs like the ewcm which help the sperm reach the egg, let me know if you have any other questions, ill be glad to help , Lisa TTC #3

Other than trying to have sex more often... Some people have gotten on birth control to try to get your body on more regular periods and then got off so that one would be able to have a clue when the periods should happen. Though, I'd say that if it's possiable for you to get pregnant without help, then you might just want to have regular sex to do as such...

Doctor can prescribe medication to help regulate your period, or to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Just talk to them.
