Whatever!! College all the way. It's all heart. Don't forget about the tailgating and school spirit.
NFL is too political and I am so tired of seeing big grown men whine like little brats because they are only getting paid $4 million.

Since College players aspire to be NFL players, one would have to come to the conclusion that NFL is better than College.

College is exciting to watch, unless you are rooting for a team that isn't guaranteed a BCS birth. The scheduling is lopsided. Good teams avoid playing other good teams on purpose in order to make them look more appealing to the BCS system. A top 10 team should not play a team outside to top 30, ever! A top 25 team shouldn't play a team outside the top 50, ever!

A team like Utah and Bosie State have no chance at playing for a National Title, as seen several years ago. Both teams were perfect, but neither were given the chance to play for the title. People argued that neither team played anybody to earn a top spot, but the teams they needed to play to earn those top spots would not play them. Not every college team has a chance at the title in any given year.

In the NFL, any team, any year, can be in the Playoffs and be Superbowl Champion. College doesn't have a playoff system for whatever silly reason.

Talent in the NFL is higher as well. College is lesser due to the fact that there are more players and the pool gets diluted of talent so the NFL bound players look so much better only to be considered average once they get to the NFL.

College excitement is based on severe mis-matches and they call that good football. USC vs. Bob's School of Cosmetology is not a football game, it's where 70-7 games comes from. What is exciting about that? NFL is more balanced in the play of the game so the victory is much sweeter since they actually played an opponent worth playing with the same talent level.

There is no objective standard to answer this question.
Instead, the answer requires subjective opinion.
Therefore, it depends upon who you ask and what standards that person uses in forming their opinion.

I have season tickets to both an NFL team and a major college football team. No one can dispute that the NFL players are better.
However, I prefer the college experience. The NFL games is so advanced that there are fewer exciting plays. The players are so huge and mobile, that there is less space for runners to gain exciting yardage. The passing lanes are smaller and there are fewer exciting pass routes and exciting runs after passes.

College football seams to have more exciting football. More exciting running and passing plays. No one can dispute the extra "flavor" of the college game - the rooting sections, the marching bands, the half time shows, the card stunts, the mascots, etc. The crowd at a college game, though very excited, does not seem as alcohol influenced as that at an NFL game.

NFL is clearly the better football program. College football is gay, Ryan Leaf is a clear reason why college football players are always good enough to play in NFL.

I enjoy college football more...the athletes are there to make something of themselves and are not quite as spoiled as highly paid athletes. Something about college football!!! Obviously I'm a Gator from the University of Florida and there is nothing like being live at a Gator game in the Swamp with 80,000+ fans!!! Dont get me wrong I enjoy NFL..but can relate more to the college game day experience!

Well I enjoy watching professionals more than amateurs. The blow-outs posted by the major colleges because of their ridiculous lop-sided scheduling is laughable. Also, come the first of February, I know without a shadow of a doubt who the champion in the NFL is.

NFL, by far. You don't see any 70-7 games there. People who talk smack about themselves (T.O.) get their just desserts.

And, let's not forget: The NFL has a playoff system!

You cannot beat college football for the excitement, the glory, the traditions, the girls, the tailgating before games, the atmosphere and the total fan enthusiam.
