Her body her choice. I do suggest getting it waxed since she is so young. If she slips or something, ti could go way wrong. Just be open with her. If she wants to wax/shave its really her choice, and eventually she'll do it on her own if she isn't allowed.

It i'd make you feel better about yourself... Sure... Just be carefull... Though, I'd suggest that you dont' shave, that you actually just "trim the hedges"... Go and buy yourself a fairly inexpensive men's electric razor and a small women's razor... Trim up the center portion and shave what you think will still show around the bikini line... I wouldn't think that you need a full shave (bald), but its possiable..

I wouldn't think so! Kids are going to be teased no matter what they do, and learning to deal with the teasing is a life lesson that should be learned at a young age. Instead of covering up the problem, I think you should be encouraging her to celebrate her physical maturity. She shouldn't think there is anything wrong with her body or with growing up. I, too, matured early, but I'm glad my parents stuck to their guns, and told me how beautiful I was anytime someone at school made fun of me for wearing a bra instead of a t-shirt. You can not fix all of her problems for her, and there's nothing wrong with her growing up.

I don't think she needs to at this age. At 14 and the sports uniforms are a little more revealing, swim suits, etc. than perhaps just the small bikini line.

I don't think thats a good Idea. That stuff is natural and no body should be embarresed about it. If she doesn't like it just tell her to take a shower when she gets home.

NO, she is too young and could really hurt herself. Just try explaining to her about development and the fact that she may be developing a little faster than others in her class.

NO-hair down there is natural -that's the way it should be. Shaving will certainly draw attention More and the hair will grow back thicker and bushier.

I don't really think it's safe for a 10 year old to use a razor near such a sensitive area!

i'm gonna say no because shaving that particular region is a "grown up " thing to do. i realize that she is embarrassed, but that's life. we all go through it. chances are, she's going to develop breasts at an early age also. what are you going to do then? tape them down. development is a normal part of life and instead of trying to "fix it", you should be teaching her to celebrate who she is and what is happening to her.

Educate her that it's natural to be hairy down there.
