there are some girls at my school that dont have any boobies. there chests are jist like mine. does this mean that they arent girls? what are they?

they are young and still going through puberty..that is what they are.

Right now they arent girls. They are "Its". You are also a "It" and you wont be defined as a boy untill you are in 7th or 8th grade. Around the same grade they will become Girls.

The proper terms are male and female. Just because they have under developed breasts does not mean that they are not female. Breast size is determined by genetics and body fat.
