I get some Hickory Farms Smoked Beef or some kind of summer sausage. (You can even use Keilbasa instead of or with it.) I dice the meat. I open and drain a can of pineapple chunks. I open a jar of sweet and sour sauce. I combine all these ingredients in a sauce pan for the stove, or electric skillet, or a bowl for the microwave oven. I heat it up, and enjoy a great lunch, dinner or snack. I was taught this by an ex-girlfriend. Is there a name for this dish?
