Well theres a guy messin with my bro and well he's a dick. Just cant figgure out if i should beat his ***. I have 4 offenses with Police and the next on im gone. Is it worth it?

Ignore him. If he persists, ignore him....if he gets in your face, whisper to him "hit me" add your own explitives....In your case you need to know how to take a punch...
Witnesses need to be there who will see him punch you first...
After that, you are just defending yourself..

No-don't know age of your brother but is still in school-needs to handle through guidance counselors and if out of school-kind of old to have brother fighting for him. Can also ignore the guy and don't allow him to pull him into a confrontation(your brother needs to handle this) doesn't always pay and not always smart to be a macho guy. Any contact-negative with police is not smart for will affect and limit your future. Jail is not a good place to be either.

well since u have 4 offenses i would have somebody else beat his *** then u cant get in trouble just make sure that guy doesnt know hes ur friend the dick would get him in trouble like call the pigs (cops) like a pussy

If you have to do it, then do it somewhere you will not get caught. Do not do it at school because no matter what you would be caught.
And don't do it alone..have your brother do it with you. Doing things as a family is important for bonding and stuff. Don't be afraid to be creative; for example a baseball bat would be nice here.

No its not worth it, tell your brother that the punk is messing with to beat him up. Plus if you did the boys will probably make fun of him everytime he comes around asking if he needs his older brother to be his body gaurd. Its not even near worth getting locked up.
