Yes he has.Most notably Barbi Benton.His first wife was also a brunette.Hugh Hefner has recently been quoted as saying he is going thrue his"blonde period".

They're all brunettes underneath the bleach. I think Barbie Benton was the only one confident to wear her hair in it's natural color. Blondes may have more fun but brunettes last longer!

Well, us old timers remember Barbi Benton, who was his longtime girlfriend and they appeared on a TV show called "Playboy After Dark." She was very brunette.
