If their mouths are open, you can stick your tongue in. If they bite your tongue hard, you can take that as a hint that your tongue is not welcome.

Well just kiss gently but don't pucker up too much cause that will just feel like she/he is kissing an aunt or something. If your a guy then when you kiss her gently (no tongue) put your hands on the sides of her face. It's a comforting thing. Then, after a little makeout session (about 5-10 seconds) open your mouth more when you kiss (don't use any tongue yet). Then after the first or second time you open your mouth wider without the tongue then try the tongue at that point.

P.S. You can practice on the fatty part of your hand. It certainly won't hurt anything. It might make you feel a little silly when you are by yourself but it might help.

Your first time you're nervous. thinking you don't want to make a fool of yourself. My advice is just to make it short and simple. lips touching lips. Tongue comes later when you know what it feels like (it also depends on the other person).
Just like someone above said no one can teach you. You learn to french kiss after you know what it feels like. Besides, it takes more pressure off.

Keep your tongue in until you are comfortable with just plain kissing first. When you do get ready to use the tongue, I will say this... The worse thing about French kissing is doing it with someone who winds up their tongue like the Tazmanian Devil right before they are about to kiss. Make sure to go semi-slow in a swiveling like fashion. But, have fun and experiment a lot to get practice!

Let passion take it's course..do what feels right and don't plan on sticking your tongue in at a certain time....let it flow and start out slow

we can't teach you how to kiss. when you do kiss for the first time you will know when to stick your tongue in the more you practice the better you will become a good kisser good luck

If you live in the deep south...the above rule doesn't apply

and i suggest you wait for the dude to french you first.
