some women are grateful. some medical doctors have stated being pregnant as a clinical look after extreme cramping at the same time as different approaches failed. the female and her husband were "satisfied" to maintain on with the advice. They wound up having 9 children before she had a hysterectomy. i assume that medicine has stepped ahead considering the fact that that day. yet she became satisfied adequate for the alternative. usually this does not note. this is a particular concern of an extreme case in recent history. that's probable purely some many years old.

I was suffering from severe cramps and a super heavy flow. My GYN inserted a Mirena IUD. I no longer have any symptoms of a period, only slight spotting. This particular IUD has a shelf life up to five years.
Before I had the IUD inserted, the only way I could survive the severe cramping was to purchase those disposable hot packs that are advertised for sore muscles. I bought the largest ones and would place it across my stomach. They are the perfect size to fit into your panties without any noticeable bulging.The heat is just enough to soothe the cramping. The hot pack last for most of the day.

i had a cramp after running a mile be a man and stop whining and if ur a girl sorry just walk it off it goes away after a while just walk on it

I put a heating pad over my abdomen. It works well for me!
