I'm not familiar with player defense leagues, so I can't help on the first team. The second one isn't bad; Hasselbeck is a strong QB, the Panthers are an excellent defense, Edge and McGahee are solid, and Heap is a top five tight end.
However, your wide receivers aren't looking too good. Ward I think suffered a hammstring injury and Driver is on Green Bay. Enough said. So you have a good all around team, just try to improve the wide receiving core.
