I believe New York has the toughest curriculum. I must say tho that they are more advanced than the Southeast (to my knowledge, anyway). A neighbor moved her whole family down to Florida for a better education for her girls, to their disappointment, the girls were BORED and learned stuff that they already knew from 2 years before. They had to move back to NY. Does that say anything??
