What did you like, what did you dislike, what would you have changed, your thoughts on the next superman movie, and if you wrote the movie what would it have been like (SAME characters, cast, continuation of previous movies and costume)???

i loved everything of the movie and was expecting more action.however it is promised that there will be more action for the next superman set to release 2009.

Lois Lane was bland, her character was just.. so... blah in this version. She had no spark, no personality, no pulse, nothing. The newbie who played Clark/Superman was more than decent but still not the gold standard, and Lex was brilliant. The action was dramatic and sometimes a little overbearing but still exciting, the CGI was fabulous, the direction was a little iffy and awkward once in a while but generally pretty good... um... I liked the "son" twist (it goes to show that Superman CAN have sex and not kill the woman with his supermoves). I didn't like the forced tension between Lois, Clark/SM and the new hubby. It didn't come across as entirely believable. They all looked kind of, well, scripted when it should've been natural.

I dunno what my thought are on the "next" Superman movie because, well, I hadn't thought about it. I guess I'll just wait and be surprised!

I was surprised how they even had the little curl in Superman's hair, just like the Chris Reeve days. Other than that, I felt the ending was abrupt. The ending seem as though they just ran out of money, and they needed stop at that point.

I honestly thought it was a bit slow and a bit too long. I guess I still prefer Christopher Reeves as Superman, too. Although I enjoyed Kevin Spacey, I feel that Gene Hackman just made a better villain.

after i watched superman returns... my thoughts told me that there will be two superman on the next superman the movie?! what i like about the movie of course is the love story of louise lane and superman.... when superman bring her up the earth. it reminds me the previous superman movies. i like the entire movie and can't wait the next.
