how i improve my communication skill so i can get a job after finishing program,because you can have knowledge through your courses, but personall you will not grow untill you make extra effort for conversation skills.So somebody help me finding the website,and recommend some books.

hi I am in online college for criminal justice called everest online, i would say just talk to people in general, i cant believe your teachers wont help you. what school are you going to?
i doubt a book will help you, but my advice to you would be to go fill out applications anywhere this way you can talk to employers and start feeling comfortable, although you wont be actually taking the job you can still apply and go to the interview and that will help your communication skills a lot, just apply at some local restaruants or something...
other than that all i can say is i hope your school is regionally acredited or you wont be transfering to a campus school, nationally accredited online colleges suck, no campus school will let you transfer from one

you want to learn communication skills from a website or a book? here's how you learn communication skills: TALK TO PEOPLE! this is probably the biggest reason that employers don't put much stock in online degrees, because people don't pick up skills like teamwork, communication, problem-solving, or social skills.
if you want to improve your communication skills, try a couple of speech communication classes in an actual classroom setting.

take a regular communication curse
and i think for finishing your on-line program you still should have some practice in your area of concentration, shouldn't you?
