On my baby shower cake (for my first boy) my best friend put
"Goodbye Tummy - HELLO WORLD!!"

HAve the bakery bake a round cake shaped like a pregnany belly....."Im gonna pop" or "good bye restful nights" or "Oh Boy!" or if you just want a good classic you can stick with the "ITs a boy"...but i like the funnier ones because it leaves a memory.

My shower cake had "Welcome to the world Rylee Jacob"....his name of course, on it.
