Change to a different position next time - try being on top - this way you can control the speed, depth and frequency of the thrusts.

He needs to be more gentle while banging. Banging isn't supposed to hurt. Sex isn't supposed to hurt. It's supposed to be pleasing and enjoyable. Tell him to bang more gracefully.
If you felt like you were tearing you might need to confront your best friend or parents, and the doctor!

Possibly the position you were in was not a good one. Try taking control of the situation (different positions) next time and work it to your pleasure.

You need some lubrication sounds like, or if you do not enjoy the way you both 'bang', you need a new guy.

Pain during sex could mean that there wasn't enough lubrication or the angle could have been wrong. If the pain continues then you should see your gyn.

Tell him to slow down and be gentle! You don't want to get loose or calloused there, do you? Tell him not to treat your body like a pinball machine.

Try another position, missionary is usually a little less invasive.
