umm.because their stupid and cant drive and know that they're bound to get in one or many accidents...so why not be as protected as possible?? Plus, they are the first ones to ***** and complain about gas prices...well if you didnt get 8 miles to the gallon we wouldnt be such an oil-dependent country...I say get a clue, take a driving class, and stop over-compensating for your shortcomings!!!

Uh, a porsche SUV is still an SUV and I don't see many lower class people driving those.
Same for the Mercedes and Lexus SUV's.
I could however state the question specifically in regards to pick up trucks...
And one more thing, (this will win me points) why is it that the further out in the country you go, the more junk cars people have in their yards?

Why do you ask questions based on false suppositions?
People of all classes drive SUVs and trucks.
In many cases, they NEED a truck for something.
Many SUV drivers need the passenger capacity and towing capacity.
What makes you superior?

your supposition does not match the auto industry's marketing research. Quite the opposite. SUVs have been the money making, big profit, expensive vehicles for the last 10 years.

Who cares what vehicle people drive, you know just because people AREN"T "Upper CLASS" doesn't mean they can't get credit!!! The nerve of some people! You must be a mamas boy and your mama cut you of her shirt tail lately and now you AREN"T sure where to get your money from?

because the ladders, paint & plumbing supplies won't fit in the back of a Ferrari. I think type of transportation is directly related to the career. Which in turn is (usually) dictated by education.

As opposed to what the higher class drive...
Like....sticks up their rear....
What a silly question! Class is something that has nothing to do with material anything. It has everything to do with how a person carries themselves through life.
