I think that this happens after having kids and it comes with getting older in age. It's not that you don't like having sex with your husband it's just a stage that you are going through right now. Trust me I felt the same way too. It all comes back.

Try new ways and new places first. Then if this doesn't work try talking to your husband. Don't say it grosses you out, but explain to him you don't feel the same. And the two of you can work on this problem together. Remember to keep the communication open in your marriage. Because usually when the communication is gone the marriage is gone!

You are probably doing the same things and you want some spicing up. It's probably boring you having sex the same way for 8 years and it becomes gross to you since it's so... not exciting.
I would suggest you talk to your husband on ways to make your sex life even more interesting. Ask him if he would like role playing, exotic toys, etc... anything that could spice things up should work for you. I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy it if the sex heats up.

That all depends on what you mean when you say you feel gross. Do you mean you feel YOU are gross or you feel your husband is gross? Give me some more details about what is turning you off, and maybe I can help.

one reason may be its the same thing all the time when you do have sex. doing the same thing all the time gets quite boring. try spicing it up! suprise him sometime with something new, or try pretending he is someone else(make sure to tell him all this though)...i bet you wouldnt feel the same afterwards! (oh...ive tried this trick. ive been married for the last 6 years and pretending got me further than what it used to be)

How did you feel when you first got married, and how was your sex then, look back and see what changed from time you liked having sex with him.

at some point in time we all get board you need to try something new in your sex life. some times a woman gets to a certain stage in her life and sex is no longer something she enjoys anymore.

Boredom can do that. Work through it, DO NOT let him know how you feel, but try suggesting new, fun things...fantasy, etc. See if that helps...hope so, and good luck
