I work at a local blood center and I hear both of these excuses all of the time! Some of the people that give these excuses have even been tatooed before! I don't get it!

I'm not really afraid of either one; tell all of those scaredies that shots DON'T hurt if you train yourself to believe it!!!

I'm not afraid of either. I've had to have blood work done before and neither the needle nor the blood scared me. I hate people who are afraid of it. My sister who was 15 at the time, was screaming and crying because she had to get a shot. I can't stand people like that. It doesn't take long. It pinches for a second. It bugs me when people are like that.

Neither bother me. I'm not afraid of needles and I'm not afraid of seeing my own blood. When the nurse does it, I watch the whole thing.

it kinda depends for me. it depends how much blood i see. if its a lot i would be scared. but otherwise the feeling of needles and i dont work well together.

both!..iam in my 40's i act like a fraidy cat when it comes time to get a shot-ouch!
but-LOL, have a tatoo of a dragon on my back.."go figure eh?"

i'm tatooed and peirced but i hate getting shots ,they hurt and tatoos and peircings dont
