friends, I come from mid-high family and I thank God I never less anything...
But this lately I felt like I’m trapping in high life-style,
During this year.my new university.life seems like push me to spend a lot of money than before…before I realize…suddenly my life filled with addicted with hanging out in café almost everyday and hunting clothes in exclusive stores…I become a branded-lady…
I can’t live like this…
I should stop this attitude…I know it’s sounds stupid but I already get comfortable with all of this and I don’t know how to liberate myself from this life-style???
I try to save some money but I often failed…now honestly I’m scared…I don't wanna be a spender...
What should i do???

You claim to be a well educated young woman in college and from
a wealthy family and yet you cannot even speak english ?
You are claiming you want to be poor ?
Sounds to me like you are already a poor uneducated person...
Congratulations...
You got what you wanted...

Be more practical and just say no to things. It does not cost anything to sit in a cafe and drink water. You can enjoy the ambience and not spend yourself into bankruptcy. Be smart and disciplined and you can do alot of stuff for free. As far as clothes try and think about all of the people you have ever seen on the beach and try and remember what they were wearing. Nobody really cares what you look like or what you are wearing because they are all so concerned with what other people are thinking (probably like yourself). Lighten up and live.

Maybe you should do some self-reflection, maybe you are buying things to fill a void in your life, alot of people turn to "retail therapy" when other things are not going well in thier life.

Why don't you focus your energy on school and set your self small manageable savings goals (such as saving all your $5 bills or something) Then when you see your money accumulating it may be incentive for you to save even more.

Make a deal with yourself that for every dollar you spend on clothes, you'll give a dollar to charity. For every hour you spend hanging out in the cafe, you'll spend an hour volunteering. When it starts to get uncomfortable, you'll change. Nothing makes me more uncomfortable about having (spending) money than working with people who don't!
