Well..you have to take prenatal vitamins everyday! (I hate taking pills, but I have too) you will have blood test, a diabetes test where you have to drink a sugary sweet orange liquid which taste like orange soda...only a lot sweeter! (I really liked it) You're prenatal appointments will be every month and by the 8 month your appointments will be every other week up 40 weeks. You pee a lot so drink after 7 pm or you'll be peeing allllllllllllllll nite. No caffinee or if you need caffine limit it it to 1 cup a day thats it!!! You'll most likely only have one sonogram, it depends if you have any problems or not. When it comes time for your sonogram you have to drink atleast 3 cups water (I drank waaaay to much and had to go sooo bad as soon as I got to the hospitial, that they rushed me in to have my sonogram!) Songrams usually last about 45 minutes to an hour and 15 minutes. During your sonogram the doctor will take a series of pictures of your baby, and if they can tell what it is they'll most likely tell you, but I heard some hospitals can't :O(. During/around the 4/5 month during one of your prenatal appointments you'll get to hear the babys heartbeat, which is really exciting.
and they baby is ready to come out, and you'[ll be changing, feeding, and burping him practically 24/7 (which it seems forever!!) So good luck honey :O)

If you are congrats...you are about to embark on the ride of your life! A blood test is going to be more helpful to you anyway, so just wait it out until your appointment. There are often false negatives with the urine tests!
Every pregnancy is different, but I enjoyed mine. Of course I had some of the wooziness and fatigue, but overall it was wonderful. You might not "feel" pregnant right away or it might not seem real, but whe you feel that first kick...there's just no words! Or when you see your baby for the first time jumping like a jelly bean on the ultrasound...good stuff!
When the baby is born your life is going to be much simpler. I'm not saying easier!! Just more simple. All the worries you have over how to prioritze things in your life right now will change. That baby becomes the first priority! You may be tired, cranky and God knows you'll be hormonal, but when you see the first smile...hear the first laugh...it's all worth it!
Good luck to you!!

Good luck with the doctor's appointment. Tender breasts are an early sign of pregnancy.
What should you know? Basically you'll never be the most important person in your life again. You won't eat, sleep, shower or go to the bathroom when you want to, it'll be when you find the time after caring for your little one. It's great though. Best wishes.

8>) You sound pregnant to me, but I'm not a doctor.
Just in case, take your folic acid for the baby and get as much sleep and sex as you can, because you won't get any of either for months after the baby is born.
