In the software itself, you click on the file name and then hit "Cancel" (I think that's what the button says).
The incomplete file may still be in your Share folder (or wherever you download to). Just right-click on it and then hit Delete. This will move it to your recycle bin.

Sometimes, their are hidden contents...enable the view of hidden files then delete them
If you are not sure of ow to do that, simply delete the Incomplete folder, and re-create a new empty one in the same place with the same name...

1) Click on the Libray Tab
2) On the right pane, select "Incomplete Files"
3) Select the file you want to delete from the list on the left pane.
4) Click "Delete" Button

you should be able to right click on them and it will let you delete or cancel them
