and he started to cut himself because of someone else. when one of his other friends told a consuler the other person got mad. i wasn't in it and i still am not. i think he knows because i sit with the person that told the consluer and she did it because she cares about him. i walk home with him and he acts different around me (i hang out with jim at school) and hen we are alone he is different. i want to help him, but i don't want to get in this whole thing..... what can i do???? please help!
also i have only known him for 6-7 months

at school he is very laughing like and happy but when he is around me he is nicer and we talk about totally different things that we do at school and still laugh and have fun. some other person started doing it and he did too and he said b4 he would stop doing if the person did and then the person started again.

A Counseler (a medical counseler) will never favour either party.So relax. She may be right. Something wrong with you. Something about you that your friend does not like but does not want to tell you.6 - 7 months is hardly a time period to know a person or to decide about long term relationship. Leave him for a few weeks. If he needs you he will call you back. If he doesn't you find someone else. There are a lot more good, attractive fish afloat in the river of humanity.

Sorry to answer your question with a question, but what do you mean when you say he acts different? How does he act when you're at school, and how does he act when you're alone? Also, what do you mean when you say he started to cut himself because of someone else?

If he's trying to commit suicide tell the counselor. You could be saving him. This is really serious you need to tell someone immediately.
