On the Yahoo toolbar, click the little pencil, then hit "Clear search history."

Goto the yahoo toolbar, click the little pencil icon, click the clear search history & done.

Highlight first one and hold down "delete" key till they are all gone.
Also, if you have yahoo toolbar click on the arrow next to pencil and check "clear search history."
