just delete it. to be able to delete it, you have to right click on the incomplete file and click on 'cancel download'. it deletes it right away and instead of going back to showing stars it would turn into a torn up paper. this just means that you've cancelled the file. even if you cancel it, you can still retrieve it, which in a way is good. and you can go into incomplete files situated in 'library' if you want to permanently delete it from your incomplete files.

Click on "incomplete" (files). Highlight the top file. Hold down the SHIFT key and bring cursor to the last incomplete file. Click and all incomplete files should be highlighted. Right click and choose DELETE. Poof! They're all gone.

Click on incomplete files in limewire and then highlight the file(s) you wish to delete then click "delete" at the bottom

In your My Documents directory, there's an Incomplete folder, just delete everything in there

go to start
and press search
now write incomplete
it will find folder with this name
now open that and delete all
