Honestly I think I take my husband for granted sometimes. He works his a$$ off all day, then he comes home and plays with our son, helps me out around the house, etc. Sometimes I just take for granted all that he does. He is a damn good man....hmmm...I think I'll do something special for him tonight. Thanks for the inspiration.

up until a week ago i thought i didn't take anything for granted until i broke my leg. i am so amazed a the Little's things. like being able to sit up, using the toilet by myself walking which i can't do just yet. I mean the littlest things i always do and never give a second thought about doing them.
As of right now i have a new perspective on life It is so awesome and God is so good all the time no matter what. At times we have to be reminded of that.
A good man I knew would say this all the time:
" Each day is a new day live life with no wasted potential" Pastor Patrick

I hear you about the job, i took mine for granted and i let all the little things at work get to me, always argued with my manager or supervisor and never apologized (wrong or not) and i kept up with this attitude and now that i don't have that job i kinda wish i did things differently.

I think i take school and the fact that im more privileged then others for granted. I think i might be too spoiled and then i see other people who aren't as fortunate and realize that im lucky im in the position that im in and that it can be taken away at any moment.

I think everyone forget they take parents for granted.

without them, we are not even here but no one seem to mention them. How do you treat your parents? i think they give us the most without asking for anything in return and we are here taking other stuff for granted instead. Parent are the people most people take for granted whole life.

i think i take several things for granted every day, the ability to walk and see. how many people are out there that have never woke up and stepped in the fresh mourning dew on the grass, or the feeling of dog **** between your toes, undescribable!! but seriously, mostly the ability to see. if i lost the ability to see i wouldnt be able to do anythinng ever again! i think its too late to train my dog to see for me

electricity & water.
Living the "rural" life, no power = no water
you don't really know how lucky we are from 100+ years ago.
Nothing should be taken it will ALWAYS be there.
Nothing is forever except, "everlasting life" with our Savior, Jesus Christ, nothing.
We take Him for granted, sadly, everyday.
