Of course I can. It's not hard to believe - why are people astonished by the fact that God does speak to people? Are they really that close minded?

Depends! If someone is strong in there religion its normal to say things like god answered my prayers or something like that. But if he says that god talks to him and he remembers word for word well hes a little nuttie i must say. But don't stop being his friend. He might just be seeking attention.

God doesn't talk to anyone right now. But there is a lot of self proclaimed prophets that say god talks to them.
I believe it is Satan the devil that talks to them.
He told Jesus he owned the governments of this world.

I think you can, but when I hear someone tell me that God told them to do something I think the person is either stupid or nuts.
