Improved property in So Cal mountains. Need money for expenses while recovering from surgery

There is someone almost always willing to lend money. I need some clarification though.
Does the property have a home on it?
What is the value of the property?
Are there any other liens on the property?
I understand you are recovering from surgery, Are you currently employed?
If there is not a home and you are not currently employed it will be very difficult to find financing.
If only one of those is true there should be some options.
You may be eligible to take out a land loan if no home on the property.
We can process a no document loan which does not verify employment.

You're probably going to have to find a hard money lender that is willing to take a risk.
