why is it, that big movies like star wars comes out and............?

alot of people i meet say that they didnt like it yet it was the biggest blockbuster in film history, and it revolutionized computers technology and modern technology as we knew it (back in the seventies)

I am sure out of the billion some people or so that watched the star wars movies that there were actually a few of them that didn't like it, I can't imagine to many people not liking it though you are right it is one of the biggest selling movies of all time

Because to us now, the technology is outdated - like Jaws - if it were remade today, the shark would be all CGI and stuff. At the time, Star Wars kicked a$$ - so did Return of the Jedi (I remember seeing that in the theatre!)

i think that you talked to the very few who did not like the movie. i saw the movie in the 70's and it was the coolest action movie back then and yes it did revolutionize the possibilities in cinema because we became intrigued by the special effects.

i remember the movie when it came out,computers were not yet used back then.stop motion,laser effect,walking through the woods.he did reserched some for the movie but it was limmited.as he got rich he would be able to make soundstage as skywalker soundstage.

Im with you, I think star wars did change the world, and I give credit to Peter Jackson. Probably because they weren't SCI-FI freaks
