Today my friends told me that they will tell me what we are doing tonight, and that was couple hours ago. I found out just now that all of them left for a party without telling me. Why didnt my "friends" just tell me straight out they didnt want me to hang out with them, instead they told me that they will tell me what is going on tonight. Personally i think it is rude, immature, and something a high school kid would do...and all of us are 21. it irritates the hell out of me.

Maybe they didn't know how to tell you they didn't want to hang around with you. They probably didn't want to hurt your feelings or explain what might be going wrong in the friendship.
Take a look at the way you behave around them and in public. Is there anything that could be putting them off? If that is not the case, then you should start making new friends.

I know how you feel , back in high school my friends would do that to me too. They'd be like "let me call you when i know for sure" and then on monday they'd all be talking about the party or the kickback they went to during the weekend. Some friends are just stupid, plain and simple

Probably they thought you would not fit in their party. Probably they thought that if you came along you would be pulling away the crowds to yourself.Or probably they were into something " bad " at the party and respected you so much that they did not like you to join the " bad "party.Relax. Find your own group. Make your own party.Invite good people or rather invite everyone you like so that they in turn remember you to invite you to their parties.
