For me it was Charlie's Angels, and then Magnum PI (who I loved more than life itself)

Thunderbirds, Captain Scarlet, UFO, Space: 1999. I was a mad, bad Gerry Anderson fan.
And I still am, even though, along the way, I have also fallen hard in love with Star Trek, Babylon 5, The X Files, Buffy, Doctor Who and Firefly.
Oh, and Top Cat, Wacky Races and even The Banana Splits.

That question sure made me walk down memory lane. lol. Some of the shows I was aloud to watch was Bewitched, I Dream of Jeanie, Tarzan (starring Ron Ely). Oh Yeah! and the classic cartoon "The Flintstones." (I still watch them when I get a chance on re-runs). I just want to add that I've watched a few episodes of Charlie's Angels and Magnum PI and I liked them. Gotta love that Tom Selleck and that smile of his!!!

assumming you are talking about being a child NOW and not in the past I would have to say.................
Malcolm in the middle..... which is just fantastic
and
Scrubs.
My 5 year old watches it and loves it. Which is good as it means that its soo much less painfull for the adults!
but if we are refering to to an earlier existance we have got to concider:
Knight rider and
The A team.
Totally chewing gum for the brain but unfortunately that was what i was dragged up on.

Hey, a thumbs up equals it out! Have one on me.
I had to watch Play Away and Mr Benn. I loved those programmes.
Now when I watch Eastenders and I hear Pauline's husband Joe talk, I close my eyes and Mr Benn reappears. lol.
