I give up. I see my email addy in my messenger window and it won't let me put edie4006?

I am really disgusted, when I talk to my friends it used to put my Yahoo ID and now all I see is my email address. I have removed my messenger three times and it still will not fix it. In my 360* it looks as though I am not signed in. I have done profiles over too and it still doesn't work and even in the window it says"send as" and I click it and it still shows up my addy.

you need to change it in yahoos main profile edit page
