Yeast infections can be contagious, but men don't usually get it - although they can. Men who are uncircumsized have more of a chance of contracting a yeast infection than men who aren't.

You can easily give man a yeast infection. But he may not always get the symptoms(bumps on his penis) however, if he were to have sex with another female he could easily give it to her or if you treated only yourself, he can give it right back to you.
So, it's advisable that you guys both get treated at the same time.

Yes it is very contagious. Sounds like you got lucky, but come on, don't you think it is kinda gross to have sex while having a yeast infection?
