Women, adults and child alike shriek when they see cockroaches in the rooms or bathrooms. They will not enter these rooms until the 'coc$k-*' buster had shown them the dead bodies of the cockroaches.
In fact, cockroaches will run away when they see a human.
If I am a cockroach in my next life, I will be very sad to see women shriek at the sight of 'me'. If I love to go near them, will do so in the middle of the night to smell them, lick them on the legs, hands and even mouth ..lol ....

I know why I hate them!! One time I was sleeping with my duvet off because it was so hot and i felt this thing tickeling my stomach. I assumed it was a fly so as i moved over this crawling 'thing' went inbetween my legs!! I couldn't get it out so my MALE roommate had to pick it out for me! I'll never forget that embarrasing moment...

Because they are dirty and transmit germs all over the place. We had cockroaches that took forever to get out of our house. If you see one in broad daylight, it means you have a lot more hiding. It cost us over $300 to get rid of them, but we have not had one in 10 years since the treatment.

people dont like cockroaches because they happen to live in dirty places. this is funny because cockroaches are actually one of the cleanest animals on planet. for most people it is the fact of knowing that if we had a nuclear war and everything else was wiped off the face of our planet, then these little buggers would still survive. an for the second part if you were a cockroach in your next life... that's just kinda creepy

I think it's just the surprise factor. Hide in a closet and jump out when a female comes by, see is she shrieks.

Its not just cockroaches for me its all beasties. Cochroaches are disgustuting they lay their eggs in your food. I was in a shower once in Cyprus and i looked down and there was one in the shower with me. There was no way that thing was ruinning away, it had a shower cap on and a back scrubber.

Because they are so disgusting, ugly and are a nuisance. If I ever saw a cockroach in my home, I would freak! They come from dirty places because they are dirty nasty insects.

I'm not afraid of them, but if one comes out of nowhere I get spooked. It's the way they are potrayed in the media as vile creatures.

I'm not scared of roaches, they're just ickie!!! Ewe!! Yesterday we were at Petco and saw a HUGE strange breed of roach and I couldn't help but stare at it in all its ickieness!!

It's a heeby-jeevy kinda thing, they have scratchy legs, they're HIDEOUS, the one's in my last home FLEW! That was the last straw for me!
