Yes. Must be a lots of men, I know of a few.
Brief explanation:
Men like women can get back pain due to highly developed beast.
This pain is controlled in some cases by properly fitting bra. Both man and woman have breast, in most man they are not as much developed. Some man (in rear case) may even lactate.
Breast is all most; all fat, hence when a male put on fat they show the sign of developing breast. Most female by nature are suppose to have enough fat to be healthy, female body does not function as it should in the absence of fat. Hence most female develop a set of breast as they grow up.
It is highly recommended that during vigorous exercise, man ware an elastic chest band around the chest; over their nipples. This prevents the breast from Sagging and bouncing, it is this sagging that causes the back muscles to climb up to the uncomfortable position hence the back pain.
Any back pain in man or a woman should be investigated, and initial treatment should start with at least adjusting the bra to determine a comfortable posture at all time in all positions. In case they have never worn a bra a proper one should be recommended. In case of a man it could be just a properly sized elastic band or bra with proper size cup and a shoulder straps.

Yes, guys who have a medical condition called gynomastia, enlargement of the breasts, may need to wear a bra, or have surgery. Also, some guys just like to wear a bra.

Al Franken spoke of wearing a womens bra, however both cups were different sized due to a iron defeciency.
Many liberals wear braziers and crotchless panties allthough they are men.
There are also people who wear panties, but no bra, like Al Gore. People like Glenn Beck wear stockings, but no bra or panties.
