The key to making any scent last a long time on your skin, is to not only buy just the scented body spray, but buy the matching lotion as well. Moisturize really well with the lotion, let it soak into your skin, then moisturize your drier areas again, like elbows, knees, etc. NOW you can spray yourself with your favorite scented body spray, but only after the lotion has soaked in to your skin.

This doesn't have to be done with the matching lotion, the key is that making a scent last on your skin means you should keep healthy, supple skin. Dry skin will not hold perfume or body spray scents as long, but moisturized skin does.

I found that I like buying a lotion in one scent, then buy a body spray that compliments the lotion. Like at Bath & Body Works, if you like the sweet, sugary scents, buy the Vanilla and Brown Sugar lotion, then buy the Warm Vanilla Sugar body spray. Those two scents are in the same family and will compliment each other really well.

I have noticed that Cherry Blossom lasts a long time, it's a clean, fresh girlie smell. I also like Sheer Freesia and White Tea & Ginger, and my current favorite is Gardenia.
