I will be focused here on the net, and sometimes I catch myself hunched over. I feel like Linus on Charlie Brown over his piano! I will immediately correct my posture, but just find myself doing it again!! LOL Anyone else do this?

Yeah, you caught me. I also find that I have a really bad crook in my neck when I do that. Not healthy.
A friend of mine who is a fitness trainer gave me a good pointer on posture. I usually did the military chest out thing when trying to stand up straight. Instead she said to focus on bringing the tips of the shoulder blades down the back while keeping the shoulders up. The chest naturally rises to a healthy comfortable position. Also, when standing keep a slight inward tip in the pelvis while counterbalancing with a pull in the abdomen so that you have some flex in your knees. If you get it right, you will start to feel subtle energy up the meridian of your plum line (the subtle line of energy that goes from the sacrum to the tip of the head -- as if a string was cincing up). Pretty invigorating feeling if you can tap into it.

yes...i work at a computer all day long and yes I catch myself slouching and squinting at the screen too... can't be good!
