We all have different talents and abilities and skills. To a large extent we can choose our own purpose (how we will use our theses things). Maybe we have to develop and/or sharpen some skills to work in the direction of our chosen purpose. Probably some of it will come naturally, but to fulfill our purpose to a greater extent we can keep working to improve. This is what I want to do. I want to do the best I can with what I have and get better and better all the time.
It seems that we have a built in purpose that is centered on giving of ourselves, because the more you can give of yourself (the more you have to contribute to the world), the happier you become. Self centered purposes like getting rich and having hot women, while enticing, seem to often lead to emptiness in the end (not exactly speaking from experience, more from observation. By the way, nothing wrong with either of these, only something wrong when they are the goal). Purposes centered on helping other people or making the world a better place seem to lead to exciting and full lives, which is what most normal people want.
So I think my purpose is to love other people, stand up for what is right, try to make the a better place to live, and use whatever talents/gifts/skills I have to do it in the way I was designed to do it.

I believe that the answer lies in the Bible:
"Stow ye up thy nuts, for on the day of judgment it shall be brass monkey weather."

I'm doing what I was meant to be doing-be myself, at peace with myself, a free spirit and learning and loving
Wisdom is gained by what we learn, by what we experience
I hope to keep on experiencing to keep on learning and keep on improving-only one thing to do then, share what I've learned ;)
