France is in Europe, but has a number of dependent territories around the world.
In France the French people speak French, but so do many others. This is a convenient way of communicating.
I suggest your plan to visit France should include buying a pocket atlas!

Neither. France is part of Europe. It's N. of Africa & they speak French. And that trip would really be a waste of time & money. Spain is a better place to visit and they speak Spanish. Germany is good too and they speak, yup you guessed it German. In India they don't speak Indian.

France is in Europe and people speak french there. I'm certain other languages are spoken too because there are many countries bordering France which bring immigration and customs and languages. Especially in large cities like Paris, Lyon, Marseille, etc...
