I live in a great neighborhood, nice new house, and every time I open my door a gust of flies come in, they sit on the plants outside and just swoop in when the door opens. I have so many in the house I don't know what to do, I swat and swat and there are still sooooo many! Any suggestions??

There is a new predator fly that doesn't bother humans or animals, i.e., horses, etc.. Read about it in a horse magazine. They are inexpensive and should relieve your problem. A search through Yahoo for predator fly should turn up vendors. Also, lemon scented dish soap with lemon scented ammonia sprayed on your yard with a hose-end sprayer will eliminate any bug problems you have.
