They are misinformed.I follow USA news and they say NOTHING about what is really going on.Just a lot of bla-bla about how great everything is ,about pr.Bush's mission to save the world ,about how gratefull the world is ...........
Sometimes i think i follow the news of a different planet. Most Americans have NO idea what is really going on outside their country not because they are stupid but because they are kept in the dark. They are trusting ,openhearted people.

I too am Canadian and you can't say that Americans are ignorant because they voted for Bush while thinking their country was under attack, and he was the best to protect them. They're stuck with him just like we are when we vote in a leader. Americans will have their say in the election.
I too think Bush is an *** and it has nothing to do with being liberal or conservative because I'm quite in the middle. I would just like someone who isn't corrupt to do the best he can for his country. I don't think Bush has his country's best interest at heart. I think he is more infatuated by money and power and his legacy then he is about the common American.
Read the posts man Americans are collectively every bit as smart as us, Their gas is cheaper because they aren't taxed to the hilt like we are I'm not sure what ends up in the Governments pocket in the states from every pay check but its a hell of allot less then the 50 percent we fork over, So who really is the dumb ones? some times I feel like its us.

If you follow the polls that vast majority of Americans do not agree with Bush or his policies. Too bad the Democrats couldn't put up someone better to run against Bush.

Thanks for rephrasing your question, but we're losing a LOT more than money on gas. Soldiers' lives and Constitutional Freedoms come to mind.

Americans are good followers and not ignorant, so they support their president because the constitution provides that citizens should follow the orders of their leaders.

Don't you think that liberals (and your country is full of them) have had an impact on gas prices by not allowing more domestic drilling?
