I need a metal detector that is not off of Ebay and $100 dollars and under please

This will be a little tough,the quality of the unit for $100.00 is
going to be disappointing.
Here is a good idea.Look in the phone book for a place near you that sells and repairs metal detectors.
For sure they have some pretty good ones they have taken in trade or repaired and no one came back to get it.
I'll bet you can get a pretty good unit at a place like that.

There are a bunch of them under $50 brand new, not on ebay. If you go to www.froogle.com and search for metal detector putting 0 to 100 in the price range box, you will get a huge list. I don't know where you live or what features you want so I'll let you explore the stores for the best price, features and shipping cost.
I have pasted the link to the froogle search that I explained above in the sources section. Froogle is a search engine made by google that searches thousands of stores and hundreds of thousands of products for the best prices. It's really pretty cool.

Hi. You get what you pay for but Radio Shack sells an inexpensive metal detector. Check their website.

Walmart has them for $98 plus tax, here in GA..
