The common problems I face at work?
Low pay, hazardous conditions, e.g. holes and cracks in the floor where the cherry picker or EZ Go can get stuck or turn over, thick black dust made derived from the metal lawmower blades that are formed in the next warehouse but stored in our warehouse. Also, we have products which exude PCBs and bipheny gas, we have to inhale without use of filter. If I want to pay $40 for a filter that's fine but the company won't spring for even a cheap cotton filter.
They pay $6.50 an hour to start, then make excuses after the first 90 day review period to avoid paying any raises. The managers stay in their air-conditioned offices and only maybe once a day come check on us, at the beginning of the day. We work sometimes $60 plus hours, and are expected to arrive on time but never told when we might go home, but damned if they will give us any bonus or thanks.
This is just at one place, it is called Rotary Corporation in Glennville, GA. Non-union work site. "Right to work." Right, it's your right to be screwed as a low-wage slave. Slavery didn't end in the South. It just changed its name.

At work, I deal with women, myself included (as a woman, of course), who have nothing but time on their hands. They are busy bodies and back stab the second that you leave the room. At home, after work, there are just not enough hours in the day to accomplish all I want/need to do. I feel life is going too quickly.

Motivation at work, taking all the crap from your co-workers, eating through the day just to stay awake and make the day acceptable. Boy, I hate sitting in the office all day...
Also I hate ironing, but shirts do look great on me so... if you can think of a solution for that ....
