how do i get abducted by aleians and what time does it have to be?

Your sim can be abducted between the hours of 7pm to 2am. First you must have the most expensive telescope for an alien abduction without cheating. It must be on a raised surface such as a deck or upper level balcony.
If you are not afraid of using the boolprop cheat, turn it on by pressing ctrl-shift-c and enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true, then press enter. Shift click on the telescope and select "forced abduction". If you use this cheat it doesn't matter what time of day it is. Your Sim will be immediately abducted once they stargaze with the telescope.
But make sure all of their needs are full. Or your sim will come back and pass out from hunger, low energy and etc.
If a male sim is abducted he will come back pregnant.

It doesn't have to be a specific time. Just make your sim constantly look at the telescope. Or, you can do it the easy way by typing in
boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
then, hold down shift and click on the telescope (in the mode of the sim you want to get abducted) and click "get abducted" or something like that. The spaceship comes and that's that.

By now you might have a whole family of alien babies, since your question was 4 hours ago. I got some good info (the code) from your question, which I may have to try.
I just wanted to say I had a male Sim get abducted, and the telescope was ground level. It was the more expensive one. He did come back pregnant and I recently sent his son to college. No return visits just yet from the spaceship.
My Sim also hadn't mastered the logic trait yet when he was taken. I didn't know what was going on after the ship picked him up, because when you click on his pic, all of his bars are changing frantically - red, green and yellow. I guess you just wait it out to see if he/she comes back.
P.S. It was around 2 in the morning, and his family was aware of the spaceship, rushing out to see what had happened, and then completely forgetting about him. Ah, the family life of a Sim...

Around at night. Buy a telescope and let any sim watch atb night then your sim willl an alien. The alien will capture your sim and it may retuern back yuor sim or may not retuern your sim. If it retuerns you your sim your sim will look like an alien.

I think you need to keep looking at the stars through your telescope and then they take you up.

you have to look through a telescope at night. sometimes if its a man, he can get pregnant
