Yes she can leave negative feedback - but as a seller, you are bound to get something eventually - unfortunately.
I would suggest leaving the feedback - other sellers need to know about this person. I would also go through the proper channels with eBay - I haven't had a non-payment problem yet, but I am fairly certain you can report it through them. A buyer gets a few of those, and it won't matter what feedback they left you b/c they would be off of eBay.
Also - thier feedback can't handle the negative mark, and it sounds like yours can - and remember that if you do get a negative mark, you can leave your own comment with it, so when potential buyers read it, they can see your side of the story.
Hope that helps ya some.

You need to file a greivance before 60 days is up. Yeah, she can leave you negative feedback, but you can have it taken off by Ebay.

I urge you to give her plenty of time and warnings, and then leave the negative feedback! If she leaves you negative feedback, you can always place your comment next to it. If you are a busy ebayer, 99.99% is no different than 100% in my opinion, but you want to leave advice not to use your buyer!

Yes the other member can leave negative feedback for you. But, you may also appeal to eBay in order to get removed such negative feedback.
