Yes! In my opinion it is! But I think I know what you want to know... is it cool? But being yourself is probably the coolest thing you can do. If you don't like it, don't wear it! And don't base your wardrobe on what other people are wearing.... if you like it, then your confidence will show and that's what matters.
But otherwise, I love it!! The shirt is soooo cute!! You have awesome taste!! Can you transfer some of that to me?? =D

Don't worry about what is in... worry about what looks good ON YOU.... Not everyone can pull off a geather boa.... hulk Hogan and Elton John wear them and they look great and everyone loves it on them... be an individual, don't worry about the actual "in" part of style.
As for the outfit itself right now accessories are in. That is a punk/rock type of look you want to pair your pants with a really hot belt, maybe made out of metal in some way, with a punk pattern like skulls or even a belt that hangs down. You should deffinately wear retro jewelery with this outfit. I would try hot topic for some cheap bracelets..... don't worry if they dont match, just look for punk/ rock kind of things... dont wear any "princess or cute little care bears thing with it..." it ruins the outfit and you will get dirty looks at school. Your outfit should have a theme.... stick with it.

Really does it matter in if fashion is still in I was going to say that there back in except for the shoes they were in,in the 70s especially the shirt. but really people should wear what is more comfortable not for fashion. who wants to look like everybody else out there

the shirt is a llittle strange. it is nice in a way, but i wouldn't get it. for the shoes, try different style, but it's fine. the jeans are great.

i love those jeans...omg, i want them, totally in. The shirt is orginal, and u have to have the confidence to pull it off, but me myself, i dont really like the shoes
