Lol, I'm obviously exadgerating. You look... OK. Listen to Crystal. Here's some stuff I would do if I were you:
-Smile, girl!
-Pluck your eyebrows.
-Brush your hair.
-Wear nice make-up.
-Wash your face more often. You have a few zits here and there.
Don't worry. Do all the things above and you will look cute in no time!

You seem to have a natural beauty about yourself. If you would want to play that up you could try subtle highlights in your hair and try sheer cover make-up (it's super natural looking).
Oh yeah and you may wanna try smiling, I'm sure that would brighten you up!
