Wet dreams are healthy and even older men get this, and you'd be surprised by the question asked by a 34 yr old about the same what you got to know. And here it is...

"I am a 34-year-old man who still has wet dreams. I was under the impression that men stopped having wet dreams in their late teens. Is it still normal for me to have semi-regular occurrences of these dreams?

Answer:
Yes, it is not unusual to experience nocturnal orgasm, or "wet dreams" throughout life. It is a myth that only teenage boys experience wet dreams and that males will "grow out of it". While the exact mechanism that produces this response is not well known (or researched), we do know that the sexual arousal response cycles through the body at regular intervals, up to every 90 minutes, and so sexual excitement, through to orgasm, during sleep is not uncommon for men, in every stage of their life. Women may also experience nocturnal orgasm, although it is not as highly reported. Don't worry about continuing to have semi-regular wet dreams as this is a natural expression of the human body's sexual response."
(i ve got this from http://health.ninemsn.com.au/asktheexperts/gabriellemorrissey.aspx?id=4060)

So, i think you'd know better by now, when untill you get one or after getting one it's a common phenomena.

Hope it helps.

On dreams on the whole, i totally agree with Raju.

'Wet dreams' or 'nocturnal emissions' occur most frequently in young men but usually continue throughout adulthood. Surveys indicate that a typical rate is about once every three weeks for a 15-year-old, and about half as often for a 40-year-old, though some people experience none at all.

The same studies have indicated no correlation between sexual activity and the rate of nocturnal emissions.

Bottom line - it's not likely to stop any time soon, and there's not really anything you can do about it. But at least you'll have clean sheets!

A person’s life is full of dreams. Dream can be about one’s ambition which he gets fulfilled with the passage of time thru his own hard work, intelligence, good planning and with the blessings of Almighty. Another is day dreaming which is really not a good habit and can be controlled with one’s will power. But what about the dreams a person experiences during sleep. Do they hv effect in our real life? What do they mean? What is their interpretation? The person asks to his friends, elders and seniors in his social circle. Sometimes he gets satisfactory reply and sometimes not. These days Internet is a rich source of information. So one does not need to depend on others for one’s dream interpretation. The Yahansmaniac Community member suggests the following.

Every guy has that problem, you just have an overactive mind about sex right before you sleep. Try masturbating before you go to bed, that'll help.
