Friday Night Lights followed by The Replacements
I like FNL the most because my school was part of the story line. Were mentioned in the playoffs.
If you asked baseball id say "the rookie" cause my sister once dated Jimmy Morris and i've learned a lot about the true story (what was really going on) vs the movie

Hands down..have to go with the classic Brian's Song. Two great performances by James Cann & Billy Dee Williams. That movie stands the test of time. If it just briang any ture football fan to tear up, then theres something very wrong.

I liked the movie, The Longest Yard w/ Chris Rock, Nelly, Stone Cold Steve Austin, and the other actors.

Friday night Lights, hands down!... Varsity Blues was a 'hollywood' rip off of the FNL real story. If you liked that crap... you're not the right person to ask this question.
