Put some white vinegar in a spray bottle and mist it all over the doors. Let it sit on there for a while, then sprinkle it with baking soda (use it just like you would Ajax cleanser) and scrub it (if it's too hard to sprinkle on the vertical door, just make a paste of the baking soda and a little water and put that on your sponge).
The vinegar will start dissolving the deposits, and the baking soda is a gentle but very effective cleanser that will scrub it all off very easily. The only negative with baking soda is that it can be hard to rinse completely--not impossible by any means, just something to be careful about. This is especially important in the shower, because if there's some residue left on the shower floor it can be slippery. It's a lot easier if you have a hand-held shower so you can blast it well.

I find that Scrub Free in the Yellow bottle works the best. You can spray it on, go clean something else and it will wipe right off.
