Just one - a mirror.
The mirror, which, when you look at it, shows eyes which are filled with integrity; eyes which say 'I have tried to live a good life, and failed sometimes, but I will still try.'
Be happy with that, and at least you'll be at peace with yourself.
Be your own best friend, first.
